! Zero Tolerance Policy
To ensure a safe and secure digital environment, SwiftHive strictly prohibits the use of our service for the following illegal content:
- ✔ Illegal Gambling: Any sites related to betting, illegal sports toto, or gambling promotion.
- ✔ Child Exploitation: Any form of child abuse, CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), or related distribution.
- ✔ Illegal Adult Content: Materials violating international laws, including illegal pornography or sex work solicitation.
- ✔ Copyright Infringement: Converting websites that steal intellectual property or copyrighted materials without permission.
Consequences of Violation:
- • Immediate termination of the build process and permanent deletion of generated data.
- • Permanent ban of the user account without notice and no refunds.
- • Legal Reporting: Depending on the severity, user information and activity logs will be reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies and international authorities.

03 Right to Audit
SwiftHive reserves the right to monitor URLs and resources submitted for building to ensure service stability and compliance with our safety standards. We may temporarily suspend a build and request verification if suspicious activity is detected.
